About us
From our office in Nashville we remodel condos, townhomes and single-family houses across Middle Tennessee. Most of our work is whole-home remodeling, bathrooms and kitchens.
Every job starts with an in-home consultation. We measure, check the plumbing, wiring and subfloor on site, and then prepare a line-item written estimate.
We schedule demolition, rough-in, tile, drywall, paint and installation in a fixed order and handle permits and inspections. You deal with one person from start to finish.

The person who comes to your consultation and the one you can reach by phone for the whole project. Runs the daily jobsite routine and collects your material approvals.
How we work

Every job starts with a written contract. The scope is itemized, materials are listed by brand and model, and the schedule has a start and finish date.

Payments follow a draw schedule. Each payment covers finished work; we never ask for the full amount before the job is done.
- 03
You can reach us after handover too. Workmanship and installation defects are fixed at no charge; the warranty terms are written in the contract.
