Remodel planner

Turns square footage, the age of the house and the rooms to remodel into a scope list and budget range in four steps. Figures come from our October 2026 price ranges. Ranges cover labor and standard materials; permit fees are listed separately.

Where we have not published a range, we do not make up a number; we mark it as settled at the consultation. It takes about two minutes.

    Square footage, age of the house and location. In older homes the plumbing and electrical upgrade is shown as a separate item.

    Choose the scope

    Bathroom, kitchen, paint, flooring or the whole home. For each area you choose how deep the work goes.

    Send the plan

    Your choices become a scope list and a budget range, and go to WhatsApp with one tap.

Questions about the planner

Is the planner's figure the same as an estimate?

No. The figure is the sum of the ranges on the pricing page. The exact figure is written line by line after the consultation and tied to the contract.

Is the information I enter saved?

Your choices are kept only in your own browser. Nothing reaches us until you press the send button.

If I stop halfway, is my plan lost?

No. When you come back in the same browser you continue where you left off. To start over, use the Start over link.

Why is there no figure for flooring and exterior work?

We do not publish a range for these items. The difference between hardwood and tile, and the height of the exterior, change the figure too much; we pin it down at the consultation.
