If you are unsure, we check the condition of the plumbing and wiring at the consultation and decide together which scope you need. We do not add rough-in work to a kitchen whose plumbing is sound.

Cabinets are built to measure
Every kitchen has its own walls, soffits and plumbing locations. Cabinets are built in the shop to your measurements, so fit problems such as dead corners get solved on the drawing, not during installation.
Soft-close hinges and drawer slides are standard. Door and box colors are chosen from samples you can hold, not from a catalog page.

Kitchen remodeling decisions
What are the cabinets made of?
Plywood boxes are common, with MDF or solid wood doors depending on budget and a painted, stained or thermofoil finish. Countertops are laminate, quartz or natural stone. Your choices go into the contract.
How do we manage meals during the remodel?
In a full remodel the kitchen is out of use for 2-3 weeks. We help you set up a temporary kitchen in another room with the refrigerator, a microwave and a countertop cooktop.
Why are cabinets measured after the tile is done?
Flooring height and wall plumb change once tile is in. Measure too early and you get gaps between the cabinets and countertop, or doors that rub.
Can we change the kitchen layout?
Usually, yes. Moving the sink or range means relocating drain and gas lines, which requires permits and licensed plumbing and gas work. We handle both.
Are built-in appliances included in the price?
No, appliances are outside the scope. We draw the cabinet plan around the exact dimensions of the appliances you choose.
